Q: Is BBB Mixology Licensed & Insured?
A: Yes. BBB mixology is licensed and Insured. We have General / Liquor Liability with the limits of $2 million.
Q: Can BBB Mixology provide the alcohol?
A: My company is a Dry Hire and cannot provide any alcohol or collect any cash whatsoever unless the venue we are serving at has a liquor license to sell.
The host is responsible for supplying the booze. My company can provide a booze count estimate to help convenience the host!

Q: What areas does BBB Mixology service?
A: BBB Mixology will travel up to 100 miles from Land O Lakes Florida one way. A travel fee will apply.
If you have an event over 100 miles one way and you would like my Team to work your event. Overnight and meal arrangements will be made accordingly.
BBB Mixology will travel up to 60 miles from this location round trip.

Q: How far in advance should we book BBB Mixology for services?
A: My Company would prefer you booked us at least 3-6 months in advance to secure the date of your event.
This allows us to schedule staff, provide a personalized shopping list for your menu and make sure we have your timeline in order.
We are on a first come first serve basis.
If you have a last minute booking, please reach out. My company will do their best to accommodate you.

Q: What does the BBB Mixology staff wear to an Event?
A: My staff dresses in professional attire, black on black. We may dress to the theme on guests request.

Q: When will BBB Mixology's Staff show up for work?
A: My staff will arrive 30 minutes - 3 hours prior to your event depending on the package needed for set-up.
Q: How much Booze should you purchase for my event?
A: BBB Mixology would help you put together a personalized shopping list based on your final guests count and drinking style. Every event is different and every event has guests that have different drinking styles.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: We require a non-refundable retainer of 50% upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event.

Venmo, Zelle or CashApp
We do not accept checks unless it's from a company of a business. A retainer via one of those suggested methods is still required to save the date! The retainer will be refunded back to the host upon receiving the company full balance event check.
Q: Does BBB Mixology have any booking fees?
A: BBB Mixology does require a 20% service fee to book your event. That 20% covers Set-Up, Tear-Down, Standard Travel and Standard Insurances.
Q: How does gratuity work for the staff?
A: service charge of 20% will apply to cover gratuity on your event total balance. This 20% is tips for the staff not the service fee.

A. We have a 20% service fee added to event total.
